Dr. Fred (Rocky) Seale received his undergraduate degree from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. He studied medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Texas, and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Wilford Hall Medical Center and Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio. Dr. Seale then spent three years practicing as a U.S. Air Force physician at RAF Lakenheath Air Base north of London, England. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Seale is currently the OB/Gyn Coordinator for the McKay Dee Family Practice Residency Program. He practices at Ogden Clinic Women’s Center at McKay Dee Medical Center. In his spare time, Dr. Seale enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, playing music, skiing and cycling.
Chad Tingey, MD

Dr. Chad Tingey is a Fellowship-trained skin cancer and reconstructive surgeon and Dermatologist. Born and raised in Las Vegas, Dr. Tingey moved to Utah to attend BYU. Upon completion of his undergraduate work, he went on to Dartmouth Medical School where he graduated with Honors. He recently completed his Dermatology residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center and an ACGME Procedural Dermatology Fellowship in Mohs and laser surgery at Scripps in San Diego. With the Mohs technique, Dr. Tingey is able to see beyond the visible disease to accurately remove the cancer, layer by layer, and leave the surrounding healthy tissue unharmed. As the most exact and precise method of skin cancer removal, Mohs surgery minimizes the chance of re-growth and lessens the potential for scarring or disfigurement. Dr. Tingey also uses laser surgery as an effective treatment for broken blood vessels, rosacea, sun damage, wrinkles, acne scars, as well as many other skin conditions. Dr. Tingey enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, playing racquetball, biking and hiking, reading and exploring Utah’s wilderness. Dr. Tingey is also fluent in Spanish.
Kelly Amann, DO
Dr. Amann received his Bachelor of Science in pre-med/biology from the University of Utah. He enrolled at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, fulfilling requirements for his medical degree in 1998. He completed a three-year Family Residency at the Riverside Osteopathic Hospital/Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. While completing his residency requirements, Dr. Amann was named Chief Intern, Intern of the Year, and Chief Resident. During his Residency, he started a clinic specializing in chronic musculoskeletal injury. His training includes Pediatrics, Women's Health, Preventative Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Nutrition.
Nadim Bikhazi, MD
Dr. Nadim Bikhazi is an Ear, Nose, & Throat (ENT) Specialist. Dr. Bikhazi is very interested in research and keeps his patients apprised of the latest technological advances. He has a strong interest in sinus surgery, otology, and snoring. In the summer of 2000, he and his family came to Utah to join the Ogden Clinic and is excited to be part of its growth. Dr. Bikhazi is a native Californian and is married. He and his wife, Karen, have two daughters, Lauren and Olivia, and one son, Noah. He enjoys scuba diving, baseball, fishing, and racquetball. He is fluent in French and Spanish.
David Cope, MD
Dr. David Cope received his undergraduate education from Weber State University. He studied medicine at University of Nevada, then completed a residency at University of Utah School of Medicine. For nearly 25 years, Dr. Cope conducted his own practice in Bountiful before joining Ogden Clinic’s Family Medicine team. In his free time, Dr. Cope enjoys being outdoors: hiking, camping, skiing and backpacking. He is also fluent in Afrikaans after serving an LDS mission in South Africa.
Megan Grunander, MD, FACS
Dr. Megan Grunander received her undergraduate degree from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. She studied medicine at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City graduating in 2005. Dr. Grunander went on completed her Internship in General Surgery at UCSF in 2006, with a Fellowship in Trauma/Surgical Critical Care at Cedars-Sinai in 2009, followed by her Residency in General Surgery Harbor - UCLA in 2011. Dr. Megan Wolthuis Grunander grew up in Ogden. Dr. Grunander enjoys spending time with her husband and family. She also enjoys traveling, snow & water skiing, wakeboarding and running.
Robert Wayment, MD
Raised on a dairy farm in Warren, Utah, Dr. Robert Wayment went to the University of Utah for his undergraduate education.
He completed his Urology Residency at Southern Illinois School of medicine where he also trained extensively in da Vinci robotic surgery.
Dr. Wayment has a strong interest in lifestyle conditions like kidney stone removal and erectile dysfunction.
He also enjoys addressing diseases of the prostate, bladder, and kidneys. In his free time, Dr. Wayment enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.
