Paul Schofield, FACHE

Chief Executive Officer

Paul Schofield Photo Paul Schofield joined Ogden Clinic in late 2005 with over 25 years experience in a wide variety of small and large integrated healthcare systems. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Brigham Young University and a Masters of Health Care Administration from the University of Minnesota, Paul established and ran two independent physician practice associations. Recently, Paul was awarded the 2009 Medical Practice Executive of the Year by the Utah Medical Group Management Association. Outside of his professional interests, Paul enjoys the outdoors, skiing, hiking and golf. He and his wife live in Farmington, Utah and are the proud parents of five children.

Robin King

Chief Financial Officer

Robin King Photo With over 30 years experience in accounting, Robin began working for the Ogden Clinic in February, 1999. She oversees the departments of Accounting, Business Office Services, Coding, Reception, Purchasing, and Information Technology. Robin is married, and lives with her husband in Liberty, Utah. She enjoys traveling, hiking, skiing, and relaxing with a good book. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Washington in 1989 and a Bachelor of Science in Business Accounting from the University of Phoenix in 1998.

Kevin Porter

Chief Operating Officer

Kevin Porter Photo Kevin began his career working for independent, physician-owned practices as a health care consultant. He joined the Ogden Clinic in December 2003 as a clinical services manager. After a short time, he was promoted to Director of Operations. Two years later he accepted the role of Chief Operating Officer. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and four children. He’s an avid sports fan and is willing to play or watch any sport out there. He enjoys hiking, biking, camping, 4-wheeling, and spending time on the lake. Kevin earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Health Services Administration in 2001 and Masters of Business Administration at the University of Utah in 2007.

Sarah Petersen, CPC

Director of Business Services

Sarah Petersen Photo Sarah Petersen is Director of Business Services at the Ogden Clinic, overseeing Business Office Operations, Coding, Medical Records and Reception. She has been employed with the Ogden Clinic since 1998. Sarah resides in east Layton with her husband. They enjoy traveling, learning foreign languages, golfing and snowboarding. She earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Utah.

Tineka Hardwrick

Director of Human Resources

Tineka Hardwrick Photo Tineka Hardwrick joined Ogden Clinic in 2007 and has more than 14 years experience in Human Resources. She manages all aspects of Human Resources for the clinic. Tineka earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Mortuary Science from Wayne State University and her Masters degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. She is very active in the HR community and a member of several HR groups in Ogden and Salt Lake City. Tineka resides in Hooper with her husband and daughter. She enjoys traveling, reading, exercising and spending time with her family.

Ken Whipple

Director of Operations

Ken Whipple Photo Ken began working for the Ogden Clinic in October 2008 and has over 12 years experience in health care. Under the direction of the COO, Ken is responsible for the day to day operations of the clinic. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Weber State University in 2004 and a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Phoenix in 2007. Ken is married and lives with his wife and four children in Farmington, Utah. He enjoys playing golf, basketball and spending time with his family.
