Procedure - Laparoscopic Myomectomy

A minimally invasive outpatient surgery which is performed by a thin scope being inserted through the navel (via five small incisions) to view the pelvic and abdominal organs to locate and remove fibroid tumors. Once the procedure is complete, the incision will be closed with stitches. Benefits of a minimally invasive myomectomy include a same day procedure and a quicker recovery with smaller scars.
