Education and Background
Dr. Alder was a Sterling Scholar in High School. He received a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Microbiology from Brigham Young University. Dr. Alder received his medical degree from the University of Kansas. He complated a transitional internship at MeritCare Medical Center in Fargo, ND, and his Diagnostic Radiology Residency at the University of Colorado. His training and experience is broad in MRI, CT, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, breast imaging interventional radiology, and radiology. Dr. Alder came to Ogden after serving in the United States Air Force at Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho.
Dr. Alder is originally from Provo. He and his wife, Heidi, have four children. His interests include skiing, woodwork, and outdoor sports.
