She received her Associates and Bachelor Degrees in New York and Master Degree at Idaho State University. Roxina is currently a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau Society. Roxina has been working with Dr. O'Brien for the last two years in their Layton office. Roxina's areas of interest include Women's Health, Adolescents, Children, Family Medicine and Preventive Medicine.
Roxina Fischer was born and raised in upstate New York. She has resided in Eden, Utah for the past 18 years with her husband Dean and her two sons. Her hobbies include all family and outdoor activities, crafts, and reading.
