Education and Background
He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconson. His Masters of Public Health and Bachelors of Science Degrees were earned at the University of Utah. He completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Kentucky. His training includes sports medicine, trauma, pediatric orthopaedics, foot/ankle, hand and joint replacement surgeries.
Dr. Michael Hall grew up in St. George, Utah. He and his wife Katy have four sons. He enjoys basketball, fishing, camping, and hiking.
