Education and Background
Dr Wolthuis achieved the Doctor of Medicine at the University of Utah College of Medicine. He completed a categorical Obstetrics/Gynecology Internship and Residency in Urology at the Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in Aurora Colorado. He served as a Clinical Instructor of Surgery/Urology at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine and is a diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners.
John S. Wolthuis is a native of Ogden and a graduate of Weber State College. He has twenty-six years of military service and is a veteran of Operation Desert Storm. He is a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Retired Reserve. He is married to Veronica Taylor and they have five children.
