Job Title: MA Hours: FULL TIME Department: Float Pool Minimum Requirements: Must have completed a Medical Assistant course, possess strong organizational skills, and communication skills in both oral and written format. Responsibilities include placing patients, taking vital signs, and briefing patient information.

Job Title: Unit Clerk Hours: FULL TIME Department: Harrison Minimum Requirements: Must be proficient in keyboarding, 10–key, and computers. Must exhibit excellent customer service skills and have the ability to multitask. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, greeting patients, gathering patient information, and pre-authorizing procedures for patients. Previous medical unit clerk experience, and or MA certificate preferred.

Job Title: Patient Registration Hours: PART TIME Friday 5-9PM (Harrison) Saturday 10AM-5PM (Mountain View) Department: Harrison/Mountain View Minimum Requirements: Must be proficient in keyboarding, 10–key, computers, and cash handling. Must exhibit excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phones, gathering patient information, and collecting co-payments.

Job Title: Patient Registration Hours: PART TIME Mon-Thur 4:45-8:30PM Every other Friday 4:45-8:30PM Every Saturday 10AM-5PM Department: Roy Minimum Requirements: Must be proficient in keyboarding, 10–key, computers, and cash handling. Must exhibit excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phones, gathering patient information, and collecting co-payments.

Job Title: MRI Tech Hours: 2 Days a Week Department: Harrison Minimum Requirements: Must be self motivated and work independently to provide patient care and technical skills in the performance of Radiographic examinations. Completion of ARRT registry and 2-3 years of MRI experience is required.

Job Title: Patient Account Rep Collector Hours: Full Time Department: Harrison Minimum Requirements: Responsible for contacting patients regarding past due balances and collecting on those accounts. Past medical experience required. Must be proficient in keyboarding, 10-key, and computers. Must posses excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Title: PBX Operator/Scanner Hours: Full Time Department: Canyon View Minimum Requirements: Must be proficient in keyboarding, 10–key, computers. Must exhibit excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include answering a multi-circuit phone and other responsibilities as given. Previous experience in a medical facility preferred.

Job Title: HIS Scanner Hours: Full Time Department: Harrison Minimum Requirements: Scans loose filing into the computer system. Pulls and files paper medical records. Must possess strong organizational skills, and communication skills in both oral and written format.

Job Title: Physical Therapy Aide Hours: Part Time Department: Physical Therapy Minimum Requirements: Must possess excellent communication, patient relation skills, and the ability to help transport patients from the waiting area to the therapy rooms. Assist with the setup and cleanup of patient therapy sessions including hot/cold packs and other modalities as requested by the Physical Therapist. Will also assist the office staff with patient check-in, scheduling appointments, and insurance authorizations.

Job Title: Urologist Hours: FULL TIME Minimum Requirements: The Ogden Clinic has a full time position available for a BE/BC Urologist in northern Utah.  Base salary plus a competitive incentive bonus plan applies.  Excellent benefits including, life insurance, medical and dental insurance, CME, ownership opportunity, retirement with 401(K), and malpractice insurance are available.
