Mountain View - progress August 2007

August 6, 2007 - Construction on the Mountain View facility continues moving forward. We are now finishing up the painting, case work and flooring in the exam rooms. All mechanical systems have been installed, tested and are ready for operation.

Letters will be going out next week to all patients associated with Dr. Christiansen, Dr. Henley, Laura Colvin, Michelle Wasden and Naomi Harris. Announcements welcoming Dr. Church (Pediatrician) and Brett Arbon (Family Practice FNP) will be out the first week of September.

We still expect the building to be completed September 1st. With the Certificate of Occupancy in hand we plan on taking 2 – 3 weeks to stage our move, (outfit exam rooms, offices, waiting room, etc) and should be ready to open for business September 17, 2007.

Grand Opening/Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies are scheduled for Thursday, September 27th beginning at 6:30pm.

Mountain View - progress May 2007

May 24, 2007 - Construction on the new facility continues at a fast pace. The building is now “Dried In”: All the windows and exterior doors are in, and the building is now secured at the end of each day. The roof is finished, with the metal flashing going up fast. The Drywall was delivered Monday (May 21st); the contractor will be hanging sheetrock over the next couple of weeks. Most of the rough plumbing, electrical, and mechanical has been completed.

We expect the exterior work to begin this week, with the rock and stucco to take 2 – 3 weeks to complete. All the bids have been received from the landscaping contractors. We will award that work this next week. EK Bailey has continued to do an excellent job keeping the sub-contractors moving forward. We continue to be approximately 7 days ahead of schedule.

Mountain View - progress May 2007

We expect to take possession of the building September 1, 2007. Once we actually take possession of the building, we plan on taking 2 – 3 weeks to stage our move, (outfit exam rooms, offices, waiting room, etc) and should be ready to open for business mid-September.

I will continue to update the Web-site with current photos and construction news.

Thank you,

Ray Brock, Director of Marketing and Corp. Development

Mountain View - progress March 2007

March 29, 2007 - Construction started on our newest facility, February 5, 2007 with an expected completion date of September 1, 2007.

The general contractor we selected for the project is EK Bailey. They are a family owned business with a long history in Northern Utah and experience building medical facilities, including hospital expansions for IHC and HCA.

As you can see, we have the footings in, the foundation down, and slab poured. The framing contractor is well underway with exterior walls up and interior weight-bearing walls completed. We are scheduled to have the building “Dried-In” (to have the building weathered proofed, roof and exterior wall, doors and windows up) by May 22nd.

Mountain View - progress March 2007

With the favorable weather conditions we are currently 7 days ahead of schedule. We expect to receive our “Certificate of Occupancy” August 29, 2007. Once we actually take possession of the building we plan on taking 2 – 3 weeks to stage our move, (outfit exam rooms, offices, waiting room, etc) and should be ready to open for business mid-September.

I will continue to update the Web-site on a monthly basis along with current photos and construction news.

Thank you
