Education and Background
Blake McMillan's Physician Assistant training is from the CCBC in Baltimore, Maryland. He completed clinical training in Orthopedic Surgery at Sinai Hospital and Kernan Hospital in Baltimore. His emergency room training was at Johns Hopkins Bayview Hospital. He received his Masters of PA studies from the University of Nebraska.

PA McMillan grew up in Clearfield and attended Weber State. His wife, Sheralle, grew up in Roy and they are excited to be back in Ogden close to family. They have five children.
