Dr. Cook received both her undergraduate and medical degree from the University of Utah. She then completed her Pediatric residency at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Cook is a native of Utah, born and raised in Salt Lake City.
Dr. Cook is an avid basketball fan, and also enjoys reading, children's literature and Shakespeare. Children hold a special place in her heart.
