Education and Background
Dr. Hammond is a Utah native, graduating from BYU in 1996. He moved to California to complete medical school at Western University of Health Sciences, graduating in 2001. He completed his internship in internal medicine in Connecticut. He then completed his neurology residency at Northwestern University in Chicago, and followed with specialized training in sleep medicine with a fellowship at the same university. His professional interests include sleep disorders, multiple sclerosis, peripheral nerve and muscle diseases, and stroke.
Dr. Hammond returned to Utah in 2006 for all that it offers: family, lifestyle, and the best backcountry in the world.
