The Ogden Clinic Audiology Department offers hearing aid repair services on all makes, models, and sizes of hearing aids. Six month or one year repair warranties are available. Please call for a quote at (801) 476-2213.

In Office repair (hearing instrument is not under warranty)

• Minor hearing aid repairs can be done in the clinic usually while you wait. An in-office repair is $15.00.

Factory repair

The hearing aid repair factory charges a flat repair fee no matter what repair is required. All repairs are send Airborn Overnight Express. Repairs usually take five to seven working days. Rush service is available at an additional charge.

Prices:
• $4.00 for a package of 4 batteries
• $10.00 for 3 packages (12 batteries)
• $30.00 for 10 packages (40 batteries)

Please call us to have your batteries ready when you arrive, or we can ship them to you.

Loss and Damage insurance is available from Professional Benefit Services, an independent insurer. Application forms can be picked up in the Audiology Department. Our department will handle claims.

All hearing aids carry a 1 year warranty from the date of the hearing aid fitting. Extended service warranties for up to five years are available at an additional charge. Extended service warranties must be purchased at the time of order or fitting date.
