Kelsey Bird loves working with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and empowering them to make holistic and sustainable lifestyle changes, address the root cause of their symptoms, and cultivate a good relationship to food and themselves.
She’s also passionate about the medical use of the Ketogenic diet especially related to treatment of epilepsy, diabetes, insulin resistance, and weight management. She expanded her education in the ketogenic diet to help manage her own epilepsy and uses this experience to help others with a wide range of medical conditions achieve a better quality of life through diet.
Kelsey’s other interests are spending time with her husband and four young children. She loves swimming, kayaking, hiking and spending weekends in the mountains. She enjoys learning about nutrition and experimenting in her kitchen to create delicious food that nourishes the body.
