Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is a disorder characterized by extreme fatigue or exhaustion. This fatigue does not go away with sleep and cannot always be explained by an underlying medical condition, though chronic fatigue has been linked to and metabolic syndrome.

Born in Ogden, Samantha spent most of her childhood moving around. She lived in Colorado, Wyoming, Indiana, and Australia at different points throughout her childhood.
Samantha is very passionate about preventative medicine. Some of her other clinical interests are diabetes management and helping patients overcome mental health conditions like anxiety and depression. Overall, she seeks to be a partner with her patients and help them take control of their health. Samantha believes it’s very important for the patient to be involved in developing the plan for their care.
In her free time, Samantha is an avid reader. Her favorite books include the Harry Potter series, the Outlander series, mystery novels, fantasy novels, and classic novels. She loves Disney (especially Beauty and the Beast), cooking shows, and traveling. She and her husband love spending time together with their dog, Sydney.
