Dr. Curt Stock grew up in Afton, Wyoming. After pursuing his undergrad education at University of Wyoming, he attended Creighton University Medical School and the University of Louisville. He was an assistant professor at the University of Louisville and began his practice in Louisville, Kentucky until he moved to Utah in 1992.
Board certified in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, Dr. Stock has a clinical appointment with the University of Utah Division of Otolaryngology. He has many clinical interests: he helps patients manage thyroid and parathyroid problems and also enjoys treating other ENT problems like tonsil and adenoid removal and ear tubes for children. Allergy and sino-nasal disorders are another part of his practice he enjoys treating. Dr. Stock is also trained extensively in voice disorders and loves to help speakers, singers, and other patients maintain a strong and healthy voice. He has a dedicated Speech and Voice Clinic at Mountain West ENT.
Dr. Stock loves to travel and meet new people. His favorite vacation spot is Lucca, Italy and Old Trafford in England where he loves to watch soccer. He also loves spending time with his family—especially his grandkids.
Problems that affect the neck and voice are among Dr. Stock’s clinical interests. In this video, he talks about passion for treating speech and throat problems and discusses surgical options for sinusitis.
