Jonathan is from Cache Valley. He earned a degree in Spanish from Utah State University while volunteering as a Spanish medical interpreter at a clinic in Logan. Jonathan met his wife while they were both working as nurses in the Emergency Room at McKay-Dee Hospital. They now have three beautiful children and spend as much time with them as they can. They like to hike, bike, swim, boat, and kayak. They are Utah Jazz fans and love to watch the local college football and basketball teams.
