Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is a disorder characterized by extreme fatigue or exhaustion. This fatigue does not go away with sleep and cannot always be explained by an underlying medical condition, though chronic fatigue has been linked to and metabolic syndrome.

Jessica received her Bachelor’s degree from Weber State University in computed tomography and graduated cum laude. She then worked for five years as a radiologic technologist and CT technician at McKay Dee Hospital. Jessica decided to go back to school after deciding she wanted more patient interaction and the ability to help patients at a deeper level with diabetes care and other ongoing support. She received her Physician Assistant Masters degree from the University of Washington-MEDEX in Clinical Health Science with an emphasis in global health. As a Certified Physician Assistant for heart doctors at Ogden Clinic, Jessica’s medical interests include working with cardiac and diabetic patients.
Jessica is married and lives in Ogden with her husband Ray, daughter Juniper, and her dog Banjo. She is an avid runner and enjoys traveling, gardening, and canyoneering with her family.
