Education and Background
Mr. Grogan studied medicine at the University of Oklahoma and the USAF School of Health Care Services and did residency at Maxwell AFB in Alabama. He served 22 years as active duty Air Force in Family Practice and Emergency services at Blytheville AFB, Arkansas, the RAF Alconbury in England, and Hill AFB, prior to retiring as a Major.
Mr. Grogan is interested in military history, especially the Civil War and American West. He enjoys attempting to play golf. He is a retired firefighter/first responder with Clinton City and continues to assist in their education and training.
