After completing his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University, Dr. Hadley attended the University of Utah School of Medicine, graduating with his M.D., followed by a residency in dermatology at Emory University. He then completed a fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and advanced reconstructive surgery in affiliation with the University of Alabama and under the direction of Dr. Gary Monheit. After completing his training, Dr. Hadley returned to practice at the University of Utah School of Medicine and Huntsman Cancer Institute where he was an associate professor. He was involved in research, teaching and patient care.
Dr. Hadley is perhaps most proud of being selected as "Teacher of the Year" by the residents and elected as current President of the Utah Dermatology Association. He currently practices as a Dermatologist at Ogden Clinic and specializes in Mohs surgery procedures and Cosmetic and Dermatologic Botox treatment.
Dr. Hadley has completed over 15,000 Mohs surgery procedures for patients with skin cancer.

Dr. Hadley enjoys mountain biking, golfing, and traveling, as well as anything to do with his wife and two kids.
