Scott Rynearson, DO
Board President
Dr. Scott Rynearson has been a practicing OB/GYN at Ogden Clinic since 2014. A graduate of BYU, he studied at A.T. Still University-Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine before his residency and internship at Ohio University Doctors Hospital. Some of his clinical interests are minimally-invasive robotic surgery and obstetrics. Overseeing healthy pregnancies and delivering babies brings him joy. In his free time, Dr. Rynearson is a huge sports fan and especially loves baseball and golf. A father of five, he and his family love to be active in church and spend time together.
Amber Vegh, MD, FACOOG
Board Vice President
Amber Vegh is originally from Arizona, but her education and medical practice have taken her all over the country. She went to the military for medical school (in Bethesda, Maryland), followed by a residency in Hawaii, two years in Germany, two years in Tacoma, Washington, a year in Iraq at a battalion aid station, and then two years in Saint Robert, Missouri. After her military service, she returned home to Arizona and spent seven years practicing as an OB/GYN. In 2020, she and her family moved to Utah to join Ogden Clinic. Dr. Vegh performs the full spectrum of gynecology and obstetrics, with a special interest in minimally invasive surgery. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and golfing.
Kelly Amann, DO
Board Medical Director
Dr. Amann received his Bachelor of Science in pre-med/biology from the University of Utah. He enrolled at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, fulfilling requirements for his medical degree in 1998. He completed a three-year Family Residency at the Riverside Osteopathic Hospital/Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. While completing his residency requirements, Dr. Amann was named Chief Intern, Intern of the Year, and Chief Resident. During his Residency, he started a clinic specializing in chronic musculoskeletal injury. His training includes Pediatrics, Women's Health, Preventative Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Nutrition.
David Cope, MD
Board Member
David Cope was born in Chicago but raised in Las Vegas, NV. He studied and graduated from Weber State College, with a two-year hiatus serving an LDS mission to South Africa. He still speaks Afrikaans.
He has been active in boy scouting and volunteering as a physician for three decades at Philmont Scout Ranch. Backpacking, camping, hiking, and skiing are among his favorite hobbies in his free time.
Megan Grunander, MD, FACS
Board Member
Dr. Megan Grunander received her undergraduate degree from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. She studied medicine at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City graduating in 2005. Dr. Grunander went on completed her Internship in General Surgery at UCSF in 2006, with a Fellowship in Trauma/Surgical Critical Care at Cedars-Sinai in 2009, followed by her Residency in General Surgery Harbor - UCLA in 2011. Dr. Megan Wolthuis Grunander grew up in Ogden. Dr. Grunander enjoys spending time with her family. She also enjoys traveling, snow & water skiing, wakeboarding and running.
Robert Wayment, MD
Board Member
Raised on a dairy farm in Warren, Utah, Dr. Robert Wayment went to the University of Utah for his undergraduate education. He completed his Urology Residency at Southern Illinois School of medicine where he also trained extensively in da Vinci robotic surgery. Dr. Wayment has a strong interest in lifestyle conditions like kidney stone removal and erectile dysfunction. He also enjoys addressing diseases of the prostate, bladder, and kidneys. In his free time, Dr. Wayment enjoys spending time with his family.
Bradford Stevenson, MD

Dr. Bradford Stevenson grew up in Layton Utah and received his education from Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He served his residency and an internship at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine afterward. As a board-certified urologist at Ogden Clinic, he specializes in procedures such as BCG Bladder Cancer Treatments, Kidney Stone Treatment, Bladder Botox, Cystoscopy, InterStim, Urodynamics, and robotic surgery treatments. He enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, camping, and woodworking.
Michael J. Hall, MD
Board Member
Dr. Hall grew up in St. George, Utah, and served a residency at the University of Kentucky after receiving his MD from the Medical College of Wisconsin. He currently provides orthopedic treatment at Ogden Clinic including arthroscopic surgery, fracture treatment, sports medicine, total joint replacements, and more. In his free time, Dr. Hall enjoys basketball, baseball, fishing, camping, and hiking.
