  • WSU

    • Students who are enrolled in the current semester at Weber State with an active W# are eligible for these services. For questions about summer semesters, minimum credits, and others, please see this page.

    • WSU Student Health Services are only available at Professional Center North. It’s located at 4650 Harrison Boulevard, Ogden, UT 84403.

    • You will need to make an appointment for these conditions (usually only available during our nurse hours): Physicals, lab work, titers, and immunizations.

      You may walk in or make an appointment for: Sick visits, injury care, STD testing, skin conditions.

      For TB skin or blood tests, you can walk in but only during nurse walk-in hours (Skin: Mon- Wed 8 am- 4:30pm, Blood: Mon-Fri 8-4:30 pm)

  • Urgent Care Checkin

    • If you're experiencing severe symptoms like chest pain, uncontrolled bleeding, miscarriage, a severe allergy, or signs of a stroke, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
    • You can view estimated wait times at Ogden Clinic urgent cares here. Click "Join Waitlist" for the clinic you'd like to view, and you'll see the approximate wait time toward the bottom of the form.
    • We can complete a health status form for you at Urgent Care, indicating that you were seen and providing details concerning your return to work and any restrictions. Please let the provider or nurse know during your visit if a form is needed.

    • Ogden Clinic accepts nearly all insurances, view a list here.

    • Yes. Self-pay discounts are not available at Ogden Clinic but pay transparency for common ailments and procedures are listed here.

    • The matrix below has self-pay estimates for your initial visit to urgent care. Please be aware that further treatments, testing, procedures, or referrals needed during this urgent care visit will accrue an additional cost and this estimate is non-exhaustive.

    • There is a 10% cash pay discount at Ogden Clinic urgent care.

    • This will depend on a few factors, such as the type of medication being refilled and if your doctor is in Ogden Clinic’s network. Although it’s possible, we recommend requesting prescription refills from the Patient Portal. View instructions here.

  • Flu Shot

    • The elderly, people with weakened immune systems, and people with existing respiratory conditions like asthma or lung disease are at risk of having more complex complications if they were to contract a virus.

    • Different flu shots are approved for people of different ages. Everyone should get an influenza vaccine that is appropriate for their age except for:

      • Children younger than 6 months of age are too young to get a flu shot.
      • People with severe, life-threatening allergies to flu vaccine or any ingredient in the vaccine. This might include gelatin, antibiotics, or other ingredients.

    • The flu vaccine is most effective in the first three months after getting the shot, but it lasts for about six months. Over time, antibody levels decline and changes in the flu strain from year to year mean the antibodies you do have are less effective against new strains.

    • Our flu shots have a $0 co-pay with nearly all insurance plans*. If you are not using insurance, the self-pay rates are as follows:

      Fluad High Dose (Encouraged for patient age 65+): $95

      Flucelvax (6 months and older): $53

      FluMist (age 2 to 49): $45

      *Check with your insurance carrier beforehand, providers and plans will vary.

    • Nope. Flu shots at Ogden Clinic are available on a walk-in basis.

    • Annual flu vaccination is recommended for all children ages 6 months and up. If your infant is less than 6 months old, those around your baby should receive the vaccine to protect the baby, as infants are one of the highest risk groups for complications of influenza. For all kids age 6 months to 5 years, as well as those with chronic medical conditions, the benefits of the vaccine far outweigh the risks.

    • The flu vaccine will not protect you against COVID-19; however, flu vaccination has other important benefits such as reducing the risk of flu illness, hospitalization, and death.

    • The updated 2024/2025 COVID-19 booster shot is available at Ogden Clinic Canyon View in Ogden. The cash-pay price (insurance not billed) is $220; price will vary with insurance.

      The CDC’s Bridge Access Program provides no-cost COVID-19 vaccines to adults, 18 years and older, without insurance. CVS and Walgreens are a couple of the pharmacies participating in this program, as well as Health Departments throughout Utah.
