Andrew Coles, MD

About

Dr. Andrew Coles is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Interventional Pain Management. He earned his B.S. in Chemistry magna cum laude from the University of Utah before completing his M.D. at the University of Utah School of Medicine. His residency training began in anesthesiology at Washington University in St. Louis and was completed in internal medicine at University of Utah–affiliated hospitals. He is certified by both the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.

Dr. Coles’ clinical interests include the medical and interventional management of chronic somatic pain, as well as researching and treating metabolic neuropathic syndromes, connective tissue disease, and related conditions.

Raised in Utah, Dr. Coles and his wife have made their home in Davis County, where they raised their children. He is fluent in English and American Sign Language and values strong connections with his local community. Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time in the mountains, sailing, horseback riding, and exploring animal husbandry. He is also passionate about oil painting, cooking with his spouse, and taking on home improvement projects.
