About
Dr. Chase Hansen is an ABR-certified Radiation Oncologist located at Utah Hematology Oncology. Dr. Hansen completed his residency in Radiation Oncology at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia and his Transitional Year internship at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah. He gained additional clinical research experience at MD Anderson Cancer Center. He earned both his medical degree and MBA in Health Organization Management from Texas Tech University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Physiology and Developmental Biology from Brigham Young University.
Dr. Hansen specializes in prostate cancer care, including HDR brachytherapy, IMRT, SBRT, and radioligand therapy, as well as treating head, neck, and lung cancers. He has a growing clinical interest in using radiation therapy for benign conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, fasciitis, bursitis, tendonitis, and Dupuytren’s contracture.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Hansen enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling with his family. He also loves golfing in his spare time.
