About
Delilah Melendez, BHM, is a Behavioral Health Manager with a background in community psychology and human development. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Addictive Disorders and Recovery Studies, followed by a master’s degree in Community Psychology.
Delilah’s clinical interests include geriatric mental health, correctional and forensic mental health, trauma-informed care, mood and anxiety disorders, and supporting individuals experiencing complex psychosocial challenges. She is passionate about working with underserved populations and helping individuals build resilience, achieve recovery, and improve their quality of life through evidence-based, client-centered care.
As a Behavioral Health Manager, Delilah is committed to creating a supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their care. She brings a compassionate and individualized approach to behavioral health, recognizing the unique experiences and challenges that shape each person’s mental health journey.
Outside of work, Delilah enjoys hot yoga, Zumba, watching documentaries, and traveling to experience different cultures. One of her favorite recent adventures was exploring Prague, Vienna, and Budapest. She also enjoys spending time with dogs and provides dog walking and pet sitting through Rover. These activities help her stay active, curious, and connected in her everyday life.
