Katrien Jack, PA-C,MPAS

Katrien Jack earned her undergraduate degree from Utah State University and a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Utah at St. George. She developed her passion for spine-related disorders as an APC Hospitalist Fellow at the University of Utah Main Hospital.

Now, she works with the Ogden Clinic | Utah Spine Care team and is dedicated to enhancing patients' lives with spine and joint discomfort through nonsurgical approaches. Common things she sees include neck and back pain caused by nerves, ligaments, and muscles, sciatica, numbness (neck, back, limbs), tingling and/or shooting pain, hip pain, knee pain, and surgery evaluations. She accommodates patients experiencing these conditions without necessitating a referral and accepts nearly all insurances.

You can visit Katrien without a referral for common pain including:

  • Sciatica (nonsurgical care, surgical referrals)
  • Numbness (neck, back, limbs)
  • Tingling and/or shooting pain

Katrien lived and attended school in Bolivia for four years, where she gained a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and languages. She conducts patient encounters in Spanish, serving as an invaluable resource for our Spanish-speaking patients. In her free time, Katrien enjoys rock climbing, painting, and playing the violin.
