Michael Wright, MD

About

Dr. Michael Wright is a Board Certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician with fellowship training in Interventional Spine and Musculoskeletal Medicine, a North American Spine Society–recognized program formerly known as the Sports and Spine fellowship.

Born and raised in North Salt Lake, Dr. Wright has deep ties to Northern Utah. He participated in Boy Scouts of America, earning the rank of Eagle Scout, and competed in cross country and track and field at Woods Cross High School. After graduation, he volunteered as an assistant high-jump coach for the school’s track and field team.

His clinical interests include comprehensive spine care, fluoroscopic-guided interventions, sports medicine, regenerative medicine, electrodiagnostic studies, ultrasound-guided procedures, and medical-based acupuncture.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Wright enjoys snowboarding, learning to ski, and playing tennis and basketball. He and his wife love exploring the outdoors with their family. Dr. Wright is excited to return to Utah and care for the communities he has cherished throughout his life.
