Mitchell Cooney, MD

Dr. Mitchell Cooney is a Pleasant View native and attended Weber High. He pursued a degree in Medical Laboratory Science at Weber State University and later returned to teach in the same program. He attended Trinity School of Medicine for his medical degree and completed his residency at the University of Wyoming in Casper.

Dr. Cooney performs the full spectrum of family medicine, seeing patients of all ages. Some of his clinical interests include outpatient medicine, urgent care, and a variety of primary care services, including:

• Annual & sports physicals
• Immunizations
• Men's healthcare
• Pediatric care
• Screenings
• Sports medicine
• Women's health & gynecology

Outside of work, Dr. Cooney enjoys fly fishing in the Intermountain West, downhill skiing, mountain biking, and gardening. He also loves spending quality time with his family.
