Clinical interests: I really enjoy psychoeducation, mindfulness training, DBT, being able to identify cycles and patterns that keep repeating themselves that are maladaptive to our personal growth. EMDR is a great modality for trauma I enjoy doing EMDR with patients helping them to process trauma and file it in a way that helps them to lead a more fulfilling life. I enjoy helping couples learn more about themselves individually, the better we are as individuals the better we are in a relationship.
Other interests, hobbies, or things patients should know about you: I enjoy canyoneering, occasional rock climbing, being in nature, hiking, canoeing, camping and playing baseball.
