Schedule with EvolvedMD

Rachelle is a Utah native who has an original background in health promotion. After health coaching for years, she decided to become a therapist in order to become more effective in her field and outside her field. Before joining EvolvedMD, she worked at a Jewish Family Service and a private practiced focused on body image and disordered eating.

As a Behavioral Health Manager, Rachelle treats variety of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, trauma, body image, and disordered eating. Her goal is to help individuals build resilience so they can move through life with flexibility and improved well-being – mentally and physically. Increasing self-acceptance and self-awareness through mindfulness, self-compassion, values exploration, and emotion coaching are part of her approach. Rachelle draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mind-body skills, and incorporating other therapy modalities.

Outside of her practice, Rachelle enjoys staying active. She's a certified personal trainer and a certified health and wellness coach. Some of her favorite activities are paddle boarding, running, biking, water skiing, and spending time with her family. Rachelle believes we all have the capacity to get through difficult things life sends our way.
