Sierra launched her medical career in the Emergency Department, where she spent more than five years caring for a diverse patient population across the full spectrum of acute health crises. That high-stakes environment gave her an intimate understanding of how preventable so many chronic conditions truly are — and ignited a passion for prophylactic care and patient education that defines her practice today.

Now focused on women's health and preventive medicine, Sierra works collaboratively with each patient to address the root causes of health concerns rather than simply managing symptoms — empowering women to take ownership of their long-term wellbeing.
