About
Stephanie Sphar is a Doctor of Nursing Practice specializing in Pain Management at Ogden Clinic | Farmington. She earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Utah, Weber State University, and Westminster College consecutively. In 2023, she completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner training at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions.
Stephanie’s approach to care is rooted in her nursing philosophy: to treat the whole patient—mind, body, and spirit—rather than just the disease. She values building strong connections with her patients and believes that “seeing each patient as a person and treating them with dignity and respect is foremost in my practice.” She is also proud to provide an inclusive and welcoming environment as an LGBTQIA+ friendly provider.
Known for her determination and ambition, Stephanie thrives on learning, challenging herself, and embracing new experiences. Outside of work, she enjoys live music, outdoor concerts under the stars, working out, reading, and spending time with her husband, son, and daughter. Her favorite book is Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, her favorite movie is Tombstone (1993), and she’s a fan of any film with Keanu Reeves. With eclectic musical tastes—though she leans toward rock—Stephanie finds joy in the beach, relaxing at home with a good book, and connecting with friends and family.
