Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is a disorder characterized by extreme fatigue or exhaustion. This fatigue does not go away with sleep and cannot always be explained by an underlying medical condition, though chronic fatigue has been linked to and metabolic syndrome.

Bridger was born in Bountiful, Utah, but spent most of his childhood further south in the Spanish Fork area. Along with providing family wellness services as a physician assistant and urgent care provider at Ogden Clinic, Bridger has a special interest in nutrition and food sciences. He currently resides in Farmington with his wife and two young sons. In his free time, Bridger enjoys playing basketball, golfing, automotive repair, and spending time with his family.
