Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is a disorder characterized by extreme fatigue or exhaustion. This fatigue does not go away with sleep and cannot always be explained by an underlying medical condition, though chronic fatigue has been linked to and metabolic syndrome.
Nephi began his education at Ricks College in Rexburg, ID and then received a Bachelors of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of North Dakota in Grand, ND. After graduation, he specialized in shoulder, arm and hand injuries as a certified hand therapist (CHT).
Nephi consistently enjoys attending education courses to stay current in Occupational Therapy and treating shoulder, arm and hand injuries. Nephi was born and raised in Idaho Falls, ID and currently resides in Ogden.
When he’s not spending time with his wife and two kids, he enjoys trail running and has completed several marathons and ultra running events. He plans to run a 100-mile ultra marathon and loves Ogden because of the outdoor activities and beautiful landscape.
