Tykie Skedros, MD

About

Dr. Skedros is board certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery with clinical interests in general otolaryngology, sleep apnea, head and neck tumors, allergy and sinonasal disorders, thyroid and parathyroid surgery.

Tykie Skedros is a native of Bountiful and has deep ties to the greater Salt Lake community. He completed medical training at Chicago Medical School then went on to residency training at the University of Pittsburgh. He has a clinical appointment with the University of Utah Department of Surgery and current teaching responsibility for the Division of Otolaryngology at the Salt Lake City VA Hospital.

Today, he lives in Bountiful with his wife and four children. When not cooking or working in his metal shop, Dr. Skedros can usually be found outdoors with a fly rod in one hand and a shotgun in the other. He is also fluent in Greek.
