Joshua Vandersteen grew up in the Salt Lake Valley and is excited to be back living near the Wasatch Front after being away for ten years. People with frequent digestive problems such as nausea, heartburn, or abdominal pain are encouraged to visit Dr. Vandersteen for a closer look. As a gastroenterologist in Ogden, Dr. Vandersteen specializes in digestive disorders affecting the esophagus, stomach, intestines, liver and pancreas, and the biliary system.
Dr. Vandersteen received his undergraduate education locally at the University of Utah where he graduated cum laude. He completed his D.O at Midwestern University in Arizona and went on to complete his residency and fellowship at Loma Linda University.
Joshua loves the outdoors in his free time, especially wakeboarding, hiking, and snowboarding. He is an avid college football follower and is happily married with three beautiful daughters and one son.
