• When should I NOT go to urgent care?

  If you're experiencing severe symptoms like chest pain, uncontrolled bleeding, miscarriage, a severe allergy, or signs of a stroke, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
• How long is the wait at urgent care?

• Can I get a note for work or school if I am seen at urgent care?

  We can complete a health status form for you at Urgent Care, indicating that you were seen and providing details concerning your return to work and any restrictions. Please let the provider or nurse know during your visit if a form is needed.
• Do you accept my insurance?

  Ogden Clinic accepts nearly all insurances, view a list here.

• Can I self-pay for urgent care?

  Yes. Self-pay discounts are not available at Ogden Clinic but pay transparency for common ailments and procedures are listed here.

• Can an urgent care provider refill my prescription?
