Urgent Care Checkin

• When should I NOT go to urgent care?

  If you're experiencing severe symptoms like chest pain, uncontrolled bleeding, miscarriage, a severe allergy, or signs of a stroke, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
• How long is the wait at urgent care?

  You can view estimated wait times at Ogden Clinic urgent cares here. Click "Join Waitlist" for the clinic you'd like to view, and you'll see the approximate wait time toward the bottom of the form.
• Can I get a note for work or school if I am seen at urgent care?

  We can complete a health status form for you at Urgent Care, indicating that you were seen and providing details concerning your return to work and any restrictions. Please let the provider or nurse know during your visit if a form is needed.
• Do you accept my insurance?

  Ogden Clinic accepts nearly all insurances, view a list here.

• Can I self-pay for urgent care?

  Yes. Self-pay discounts are not available at Ogden Clinic but pay transparency for common ailments and procedures are listed here.

• What is the self-pay price at urgent care?

  The matrix below has self-pay estimates for your initial visit to urgent care. Please be aware that further treatments, testing, procedures, or referrals needed during this urgent care visit will accrue an additional cost and this estimate is non-exhaustive.

• Is there a cash-pay discount?

  There is a 10% cash pay discount at Ogden Clinic urgent care.

• Can an urgent care provider refill my prescription?

  This will depend on a few factors, such as the type of medication being refilled and if your doctor is in Ogden Clinic’s network. Although it’s possible, we recommend requesting prescription refills from the Patient Portal. View instructions here.
