Lexie Jex, PA-C,RDN,CD

Lexie Jex, PA-C, RDN, is a board-certified Physician Assistant and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who provides personalized, evidence-based care to help patients achieve lasting health. With a unique background in both medicine and nutrition, she combines medical treatment with practical nutrition guidance, lifestyle modifications, and behavior changes to create sustainable, individualized care plans. Lexie earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Utah State University and began her career as a Registered Dietitian with Ogden Clinic's Weight Management program before completing her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Utah Valley University and returning to Ogden Clinic as a Physician Assistant.

Lexie's clinical interests include metabolic health, weight management, preventive medicine, nutrition, longevity, diabetes, thyroid disorders, hormone health, PCOS, pediatrics, and eating disorders. She is passionate about empowering patients with the knowledge and tools they need to improve their health and develop realistic strategies that support their long-term wellness goals.

A Layton native, Lexie is proud to serve the Northern Utah community she calls home. She has participated in nonprofit organizations providing nutrition and medical education in three countries and regularly volunteers at local food pantries to help address food insecurity. Outside the clinic, she enjoys traveling (having visited 26 countries), reading, skiing, attending concerts, discovering new restaurants, competitive clog dancing, and spending time with family and friends.
