Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is a disorder characterized by extreme fatigue or exhaustion. This fatigue does not go away with sleep and cannot always be explained by an underlying medical condition, though chronic fatigue has been linked to and metabolic syndrome.
Holly received her Associate Degree in Applied Science from Green River Community College in Washington State. She also has three years of previous study in graphic art and advertising at Utah State University. Along with practicing as a Physical Therapy Assistant at Ogden Clinic, Holly also takes continuing education courses regularly to stay up to date and learn as much as possible.
Holly is a native of Utah and is happiest when she's engaged in "non-stop" endurance and extreme sports such as trail running, kayaking, biking, swimming, snow shoeing and skiing, and sky diving. She has competed at the elite level for years in marathon running and triathlons. She also completed in the Olympic trials in the marathon. Spending time out doors with her husband Jeff, daughter Sage and their two dogs is what life is all about for Holly. Her motto is "Live life to the limit".
