How to Schedule with Mesha
If you’re an existing patient, ask your family medicine (primary care) provider about scheduling a visit with our Diabetes Educator. New patients should establish care with a PCP and ask them for a referral to Mesha. Mesha serves Ogden, Layton, and Bountiful, Utah at these clinics:
Davis Family Physicians: Monday & Tuesday, 8AM-5PM
Cope Family Medicine: Wednesday, 8AM-5PM
Professional Center North: Thursday & Friday, 8AM-5PM
Registered Dietitians for Diabetics
A Registered Dietitian (RDN) works with diabetic and pre-diabetic patients on meal planning guidance and nutrition education. People with diabetes need to understand how foods affect their bodies to manage the disease. RDNs provide detailed information about how to eat and practical tips for addressing daily challenges. One of our dietitians can put together a daily meal plan that considers your individual food preferences, level of physical activity and lifestyle choices.
